Yo Conozco Mis Talentos (Esp-Eng)

Hola amigos de nuestra nueva comunidad, sean bienvenidos a mi Blog, saludos para mi amiga @angelica7, por siempre traernos estas iniciativas que nos hace reconocer que somos espléndidos, maravillosos y llenos de talentos. Hoy quiero unirme al tema propuesto y hablar de algunos de mis talentos.

Pienso que todos en realidad somos talentosos e incluso tenemos muchos talentos que aún no hemos desarrollado, he podido a lo largo de mi vida ir conociendo nuevos talentos que los descubro cuando solo dejo fluir mi esencia y creatividad.

Mirándome objetivamente sé cuáles son mis talentos y también sé que puedo incursionar en otros que aún no me he atrevido. Uno de los talentos que me caracterizan es que soy muy persistente, cuando deseo algo insisto e insisto y trabajo en ello desde el día uno, hasta que finalmente lo logró, reconociendo mis capacidades y siempre confiando en mis potenciales para lograr mis metas.

I think that in reality we are all talented and we even have many talents that we have not yet developed, I have been able throughout my life to get to know new talents that I discover when I just let my essence and creativity flow.
Looking at myself objectively I know what my talents are and I also know that I can venture into others that I have not yet dared. One of the talents that characterize me is that I am very persistent, when I want something I insist and insist and work on it from day one, until I finally achieve it, recognizing my capabilities and always trusting in my potential to achieve my goals.

Otro de mis talentos es que soy buena gerenciando, dirigiendo y organizando, lo hago muy bien, siempre cuido cada detalle y pienso en el plan A, B y C si corresponde. Desde los 15 años en mi pasantía de 5 to año me tocó trabajar dirigiendo cuadrillas, con personal de mínimo 20 personas y desde allí se me dio muy bien.

Siempre aprendiendo de ensayo y error y mejorando cada vez, ya en mis pasantías de 6 to año fue más llevadero y así lo he hecho hasta el día de hoy, siempre liderizando y buscando mejoras para mi equipo.

Otro de los talentos que sé que tengo es que soy buena terapeuta, a veces he creído que en mi otra vida fui psicóloga e investigadora, tal vez por eso me formé como Periodista, siempre he dispuesto mi voluntad y energía para escuchar y analizar a otras personas.

Another of my talents is that I am good at managing, directing and organizing, I do it very well, I always take care of every detail and think about plan A, B and C if it corresponds. Since I was 15 years old, in my 5th year internship I had to work managing crews, with a minimum staff of 20 people and from there I was very good at it.
Always learning from trial and error and improving each time, and in my 6th year internship it was more bearable and I have done so until today, always leading and looking for improvements for my team.
Another talent I know I have is that I am a good therapist, sometimes I have believed that in my other life I was a psychologist and researcher, maybe that's why I trained as a Journalist, I have always been willing and energetic to listen and analyze other people.

Puedo ser muy buena como consejera, a veces soy más sincera de lo que debería y a mis amigos eso les gusta, porque no se trata de escuchar lo que ellos quieren oír, sino la verdad, aunque sea dura y aunque nos cueste enfrentarla.

A veces les pregunto si quieren que les diga lo que ellos quieren escuchar o lo que realmente corresponde según lo planteado y terminan entendiendo que lo que les digo muchas veces es el reflejo de las emociones que en realidad sienten y el porqué de las cosas.

He podido con el paso del tiempo y ciertos estudios ir comprendiendo el comportamiento humano y las diferentes emociones que puede experimentar una persona, realmente es algo muy complejo y objeto de estudio, que te permite conocer el manejo de emociones y el comportamiento humano.

I can be very good as a counselor, sometimes I am more sincere than I should be and my friends like that, because it is not about listening to what they want to hear, but the truth, even if it is hard and even if it is hard to face it.
Sometimes I ask them if they want me to tell them what they want to hear or what really corresponds according to what is said and they end up understanding that what I tell them many times is the reflection of the emotions they really feel and the reason for things.
I have been able with the passage of time and certain studies to understand human behavior and the different emotions that a person can experience, it is really something very complex and object of study, which allows you to know the management of emotions and human behavior.

Otro de mis talentos es que soy progresista, me gusta vivir bien y estar cómoda aun cuando las limitaciones económicas nos atan de brazos, siempre busco mejorar y trabajo en ofrecerle a mi familia, a mis niños una mejor calidad de vida, sé cómo experiencia de vida que todo lo que tenemos es producto de esfuerzo y dedicación, deseo tener un mejor poder adquisitivo para lograr grandes cosas en mi hogar.

Soy una mujer soñadora y optimista y soy fiel defensora de la verdad y de la libertad de pensamiento, tal vez por eso también quise ser Periodista, para ser la voz de los que no son escuchados, lucho por causas justas, de hecho hace un año me uní al Ministerio de Interior, Justicia y Paz, trabajaba como Periodista allí, sabía que mi trabajo podía hacer un cambio.

Por lo que me uní al Ven 911, sabía que podía ayudar a otros y para mí era importante ser agente de cambio, sin embargo, al año por motivos profesionales tuve que renunciar y dedicarme a mi crecimiento profesional y a mi familia quien me estaba necesitando.

Another of my talents is that I am progressive, I like to live well and be comfortable even when economic limitations tie our arms, I always seek to improve and work to offer my family, my children a better quality of life, I know how life experience that everything we have is the product of effort and dedication, I want to have a better purchasing power to achieve great things in my home.
I am a dreamer and optimistic woman and I am a faithful defender of truth and freedom of thought, maybe that's why I also wanted to be a Journalist, to be the voice of those who are not heard, I fight for just causes, in fact a year ago I joined the Ministry of Interior, Justice and Peace, I worked as a Journalist there, I knew that my work could make a change.
So I joined Ven 911, I knew I could help others and for me it was important to be an agent of change, however, a year later for professional reasons I had to resign and dedicate myself to my professional growth and my family who needed me.

He entendido que podemos ser agente de cambio, con nuestras acciones, podemos ser ejemplo a seguir con nuestras acciones, por eso es tan importante para mí el hacer las cosas bien y nunca rendirse, aunque se ponga difícil nunca dejar de luchar ni dejar nada a la mitad, pudiese hablar de muchos otros aspectos, pero no quiero hacerlo más largo, por lo que sé que soy una mujer talentosa y llena de virtudes.
