Sueños de Navidad/ Christmas Dreams

Hola amigos, deseo que estén muy bien y que este mes haya sido de éxito para todos. Se acerca diciembre, como pasa el tiempo, ¿no? Hace nada era diciembre y ya estaos montados en el mes, pensando en todo lo que deseamos cumplir antes de que termine el año y en todo lo que planificamos que traiga el próximo año.

Yo soy una de la que hace sus litas de deseos de cada año y reflexiono en lo que obtuve y en lo que me falta y sigo trabajando en cada uno de ellos. No es tarea sencilla, sobre todo para mí cuando es algo que implica dinero, estas cosas me toman tiempo, pero me esfuerzo por ir haciéndolas por parte.

Desde que me mudé a mi apartamento y me establecí ya junto a mi familia, he tenido la tradición de preparar mi cena navideña y mis hallacas con la ayuda de mis hijos, quienes son los que siempre me acompañan. Este año deseo que sea igual y que todos mis hijos puedan estar junto a mí, sobre todo en ese momento donde nos toca hacer trabajo en equipo como el tema de las hallacas.

Hello friends, I hope you are all doing well and that this month has been a successful one for everyone. December is almost here—how time flies, doesn't it? It was December just a moment ago, and now we're already in the middle of the month, thinking about everything we want to accomplish before the year ends and everything we plan for next year.

I'm one of those people who makes a wish list every year and reflects on what I've achieved and what I still need to do, and I keep working on each of them. It's not an easy task, especially for me when it involves money. These things take time, but I try to do them bit by bit.

Since I moved into my apartment and settled down with my family, I have had a tradition of preparing my Christmas dinner and my hallacas with the help of my children, who are always by my side. This year, I hope it will be the same and that all my children will be with me, especially at this time when we have to work as a team on the hallacas.

Mi hijo mayor tiene un tiempo que no me acompaña en diciembre, recibo el año nuevo con los más pequeños, trato de conservar las tradiciones familiares e incluso crear las mias propias. Me gusta decorar el frente de mi casa con muchas luces, este año cumpli el sueño de sembrar dos matas de trinitarias y con ellas formar un arco para luego decorar con muchas luces, quedó espectacular.

Siento que he cumplido muchos sueños y todavía me falta una larga lista por lograr, pero este año ha sido productivo, muchos sueños se han cumplido, me he mantenido firme en mis clases de maestría y ya estoy en la etapa final, donde desarrollo mi trabajo especial de grado el cual con ayuda de Dios lo presentaré el año entrante.

También entre las actividades que me propuse comenzar a ejercitarme y aunque no he sido tan disciplinada como yo quisiera, si he aprendido mucho sobre entrenamiento y mi cuerpo se siente más fuerte en líneas generales, claro, sé que me falta mucho para conseguir las condiciones físicas que quisiera, pero voy muy bien.

Este año también he aprendido mucho, he vivido muchas experiencias gratas que me han dejado mucha enseñanza, sigo aprendiendo de lo bueno y de lo malo, sigo conociendo mi cuerpo y aprendiendo a quereme mucho más. Mis hijos están bien, pero hay cosas que aun tengo que corregir porque se que son de gran importancia y que me dejará un continuo aprendizaje.

I feel that I have fulfilled many dreams and still have a long list to achieve, but this year has been productive. Many dreams have come true, I have remained steadfast in my master's classes, and I am now in the final stage, where I am developing my special degree project, which, with God's help, I will present next year.

Among the activities I set out to do was to start exercising, and although I haven't been as disciplined as I would like, I have learned a lot about training and my body feels stronger overall. Of course, I know I still have a long way to go to achieve the physical condition I would like, but I'm doing very well.

This year I have also learned a lot. I have had many pleasant experiences that have taught me a lot. I continue to learn from the good and the bad, I continue to get to know my body and learn to love myself much more. My children are doing well, but there are things I still need to correct because I know they are very important and will allow me to continue learning.

Mis sueños siguen intactos, ya he visto por la gracia de Dios ver muchos materializados, pero también sé cuáles son los que tengo en mente y estoy trabajando en ellos, sin pausa y sin prisa, entendiendo que Dios tiene el control del tiempo y que cada cosa que consiga debe ser producto de mi esfuerzo y dedicación. Vienen muchos sueños, muchas vivencias y mucha vida por vivir.

My dreams remain intact. By God's grace, I have already seen many of them come true, but I also know what dreams I have in mind and I am working on them, without pause and without haste, understanding that God is in control of time and that everything I achieve must be the result of my effort and dedication. There are many dreams, many experiences, and much life left to live.
