Today I bring you the recipe of ginger and turmeric tea which I am taking to de-inflate my body and drain all those toxins that make my body feel tired, heavy and without energy.

Hola amigos de Natural Medicine, deseo que hayan pasado un muy agradable fin de semana.
Hoy les traigo la receta del té de jengibre y cúrcuma el cual estoy tomando para desinflamar mi organismo y drenar todas esas toxinas que hacen que mi cuerpo se sienta cansado, pesado y sin energía.
Como muchos saben, entre la propiedades del jengibre y la cúrcuma estar el disminuir la hinchazón abdominal, también protegen el sistema digestivo del cuerpo e incluso quemar grasa innecesaria. El jengibre es una raíz conocida por sus beneficios para la salud, como el aporte de energía y antioxidantes, la prevención de enfermedades e incluso bajar de peso.
La cúrcuma alivia en la inflamación causada por artritis, previene el cáncer, mejora los problemas visuales y es full en antioxidantes.

⭐ Ingredients to prepare one liter of tea

50 grams of chopped ginger root
25 grams of turmeric root
1 liter of water

⭐ Ingredientes para preparar un litro de té

50 gramos de raíz de jengibre picado
25 gramos de raíz de cúrcuma
1 litro de agua

⭐Procedure:
Place both the chopped ginger root and turmeric root in a container with the water, on the fire until it boils for about 3 minutes.
Let it rest and drink it during the course of the day. We can add lemon and honey to sweeten.

⭐Procedimiento:
Se coloca tanto la raíz de jengibre picada como la de cúrcuma en un envase con el agua, al fuego hasta que hierva por 3 minutos aproximadamente.
Dejamos reposar y lo tomamos en el transcurso del día. Le podemos agregar limón y miel para endulzar.
