Ujong Pie Laweung Tuna Fish Noodles (Camping Club Hive Photography Contest *7 Theme Food)

This post is my contribution to the contest organized by @visionaer3003 in the Camping Club Hive (CCH) community with the title Camping Club Hive Photography Contest *7 Theme Food.

The food that I serve in this post is Ujong Pie tuna fish noodles, Laweueng, Pidie Regency, Aceh, Indonesia. Ujong Pie which is the largest fish landing site in Pidie Regency, most of the fish caught by fishermen in the area are tuna. Apart from being a fish landing place, Ujong Pie is also a tourist destination when the afternoon arrives. Because Ujong Pie produces tuna and is also a destination for local tourists, on this Ujong Pie beach there are many stalls that serve Aceh noodles, one of the most famous of which is tuna fish noodles.

Tongkol fish noodles which in Acehnese are called suree noodles, are noodles using tuna fish as an additional mixture. Unlike the tuna fish noodles elsewhere in Aceh, Ujong Pie Laweung's tuna noodles, the fish that are obtained directly from the fishermen when they are anchored, the fish are still fresh. Usually the visitors to this beach help the fishermen pull or push the fishing boats when they land, from the results of helping the fishermen so they are given some tuna to those who help them.

We take the fish to the shop to be used as additional ingredients to enjoy Aceh noodles. Because there is additional tuna in enjoying Aceh noodles so that it has a different taste and adds aroma and delicious taste so that it has its own charm to enjoy this one noodle.
