This is difficult, as the boy simply wants to be treated normally, but as the crown prince—or rather, already regarded as the king—he must fulfill his established duties, and only his uncle I-an can support him. To him, however, it’s all a conspiracy to get him out of the way and let his nephew be manipulated so they can gain absolute control of the country. Nevertheless, I-an knows that one way to free himself from this is to get married.
That’s when Sung, who was a classmate of his when they were young, approaches him, and they decide to enter into a contract marriage, hoping to benefit from the arrangement, though for I-an it is more than that, since he truly loves her but prefers to win her heart. However, their union will bring chaos to the palace and cause misunderstandings that put them in trouble and put their own lives at risk, since while to some he is just a prince helping his nephew, to others he is someone who wants to claim the crown, though it will truly be necessary to clarify this and not only protect his nephew from those who want to seize power, but also take a step to fight for what they once made him feel he shouldn’t covet, and understand that there are times to be afraid but others when you must show your courage, especially if it’s to protect those you love.

Es ahí que con Sung siendo ella una compañero de estudios cuando eran jóvenes, se acercan y decide casarse a través de un matrimonio por contrato, buscando la manera de ambos salir beneficiados de ellos, aunque para I-an es más que eso, ya que realmente la quiere pero prefiere ganarse su corazón, aunque su unión implicará caos en el palacio y ocasionará malentendidos donde los pone en aprietos y riesgos a su propia vida, ya que aunque para algunos es solo un príncipe que ayuda a su sobrino, para otros es alguien que desea obtener la corona, aunque realmente será necesario aclarar ello y no solo proteger a su sobrino de aquellos que quieren quedarse con el poder, sino también dar un paso a luchar por lo que algunas vez le hicieron sentir que no debía codiciar y entender que hay momentos para tener miedo pero hay otros en lo que debes demostrar tu valentía sobre todo si es par a cuidar aquellos que amas.
