Hoy les traigo la preparación de un delicioso almuerzo, se trata de un espagueti acompañado de una deliciosa carne molida con salsa de tomate y vegetales que te enseñaré a elaborar acá.
Ingredientes:
- 250 gr de espagueti
- 250 gr de carne molida
- 2 tomates
- 1 pimentón
- Ramas de cebollín
- Ajo
- Adobo
- 1/2 taza de aceite

Ingredients:

- 1 paprika
- Sprigs of chives
- Garlic
- Adobo
- 1/2 cup of oil
Lo primero que hice fue aliñar la carne molida con adobo y luego pelar y machacar ajo. Este ajo lo vamos a sofreír en un sarten junto con la carne.
Mientras colocamos los tomates a sancochar y pelamos el pimentón y cebollín.
The first thing I did was to season the ground beef with adobo and then peel and crush garlic. We are going to fry this garlic in a frying pan with the meat.
Meanwhile we put the tomatoes to parboil and peel the paprika and chives.
Cuando los tomates estén bien sancochados los vamos a licuar junto con el pimentón y el cebollín.
Y esta mezcla la agregaremos a la carne sofrita y la dejaremos cocinar por unos 20 minutos
When the tomatoes are well cooked, blend them together with the paprika and the chives.
Add this mixture to the sautéed meat and let it cook for about 20 minutes.
Finalmente, cocinamos nuestro espagueti como lo indica el empaque con agua hirviendo y sal al gusto.
