Hoy vengo a presentarles mi almuerzo rápido de hoy.
En estos días tan ajetreados me he propuesto a hacer comidas rápidas y deliciosas al paladar.
Así que les presento las caraotas guisadas con huevos fritos.
Utilicé:
- 1 taza de arroz
- 200 gr de caraotas negras
- Ramas de cebollín
- Pimentón
- Ajo
- Cebolla
- Ajíes
- 2 huevos
- Sal
- Aceite

So I present to you the stewed beans with fried eggs.
I used:
- 1 cup of rice
- 200 grams of black beans
- Sprigs of chives
- Paprika
- Garlic
- Onion
- Chili peppers
- 2 eggs
- Salt
- Oil
Lo primero que hice fue elaborar mi arroz como lo indica el empaque, pero primero lo sofreí con ajo para saborizarlo.
The first thing I did was to prepare my rice as indicated on the package, but first I sautéed it with garlic to flavor it.
Luego, coloqué mis caraotas a hervir en una olla con agua para que ablanden, y piqué el guiso muy pequeñito, lo sofreí y cuando las caraotas estaban blandas lo incorporé en la olla, agregando además sal al gusto.
Y finalmente, freí los huevos para completar el platillo.
Then, I put my beans to boil in a pot with water to soften them, and chopped the stew very small, sautéed it and when the beans were soft I added it to the pot, adding salt to taste.
