Materiales:
- 200 gr de carne de res
- Papas
- Mantequilla

Empecé lavando, pelando y colocando a sancochar mis papas para elaborar el puré.
Cuando estaban blandas, las trituré y agregué 2 cucharadas de mantequilla junto con 2 cucharadas de leche en polvo y mezclé bien para obtener un puré cremoso.
I started by washing, peeling and parboiling my potatoes to make the mashed potatoes.
When they were soft, I mashed them and added 2 tablespoons of butter along with 2 tablespoons of powdered milk and mixed well to obtain a creamy puree.
Piqué en tajadas el plátano y lo freí.
Y finalmente, aliñé muy bien mi carne. Piqué todos los vegetales y los coloqué en un sartén a sofreír con poco aceite para que luego se concentraran y quedara una carne guisada con vegetales.
Serví junto con aguacate.
