Hola mujeres, aquí estoy nuevamente compartiendo con ustedes una vez más, esta vez para participar en el concurso #57 de la comunidad de Ladies of Hive, me parecieron muy interesantes las preguntas de este nuevo concurso y decidí unirme a ustedes en responder cada una de ellas, así que comencemos.
Hello women, here I am again sharing with you once more, this time to participate in the contest #57 of the Ladies of Hive community, I found the questions of this new contest very interesting and I decided to join you in answering each one of them, so let's start.
1️⃣ Cepillarme los dientes, beber agua, dar un beso de buenas noches a los niños, esponjar mi oso congestionado, rezar, revisar el teléfono inteligente por última vez. ¿Cuáles son sus rituales nocturnos justo antes de acostarse?/ Brushing my teeth, drinking water, kissing the kids goodnight, fluffing my congested bear, praying, checking my smartphone one last time. What are your nightly rituals right before bedtime?

De todas estas cosas sólo hago 3, la primera es lavar mis dientes antes de dormir, me gusta dormir con mis dientes limpios, antes no lo hacía, pero a raíz de que en la parte de abajo de los dientes me salío un exceso que con el pasar del tiempo fue creciendo y estaba lleno de pus ya que era de la infección que tenía por no cepillar mis dientes, algunas veces me recostaba cansada y me quedaba dormida, la suciedad se fue acumulando hasta que explotó el exceso que tenía, me toco tomar antibióticos por varios días para bajar la inflamación, y gracias a Dios hasta el sol de hoy no me ha salido más, ahora antes de dormir si se me olvida cepillar mis dientes, mi hijo mayor me lo recuerda y me levanta para que lo haga, debemos tener en cuenta que el cepillado más importante es el que hacemos por las noches, ya que las glándulas segregan menos salivas y las bacterias son mayores y debemos evitar este tipo de afecciones en nuestra boca.
La segunda cosa que hago es darle las buenas noches a mis hijos antes de ir a la cama aunque la mayoría de las veces yo soy la que se duerme primero, y aunque mis hijos no están pequeños sino que ya son adolescentes pues nunca esta de más un beso y un abrazo.
Of all these things I only do 3, the first is to brush my teeth before sleeping, I like to sleep with my teeth clean, before I did not do it, but because in the bottom of my teeth I had an excess that over time was growing and was full of pus because it was the infection I had for not brushing my teeth, sometimes I lay down tired and I fell asleep, the dirt was accumulating until it exploded the excess that I had, I had to take antibiotics for several days to lower the inflammation, and thank God until today I have not had any more, now before sleeping if I forget to brush my teeth, my oldest son reminds me and gets me up to do it, we must keep in mind that the most important brushing is the one we do at night, because the glands secrete less saliva and bacteria are greater and we must avoid this type of conditions in our mouth.
The second thing I do is to say goodnight to my children before going to bed, although most of the time I am the one who goes to sleep first, and although my children are not young but already teenagers, a kiss and a hug never hurts.

La tercera cosa que hago es orar, no rezo, y quizás usted dirá que es lo mismo pero no es así rezar es repetir oraciones religiosas, en cambio orar es hablar con Dios, y eso es lo que también hago antes de dormir, primero agradezco a Dios por la vida, por mis hijos, por mi familia, por el pan de cada día, pido por esos ancianos que son abandonados por sus hijos para que mi Dios no los desampare y les pueda dar un techo donde vivir, también pido por mi nación Venezuela para que Dios la siga bendiciendo, pido por esas mujeres que se han ido del país en busca de una mejora económica y que han sido asesinadas y maltratadas, pido por esos niños que son violados por sus familiares, incluso por sus padres y que luego son asesinados, pido para que Dios les provea el pan de cada día y sane a los que están enfermos, en fin, son tantas cosas que tenemos para orar, y esto lo debemos hacer creyendo que Dios hará algo, también oro por mis hijos, para que Dios los guarde, los libre de todo mal, los bendiga, oro también por los jóvenes, esos jóvenes que están sumergidos en el alcohol, en la delincuencia, en la droga, en la prostitución, esto lo hago porque he creído en un Dios verdadero, un Dios vivo, un Dios que responde, y lo que es para nosotros imposible pues para él es posible, así que no nos cansemos de orar, sigamos orando y sigamos creyendo que él hará.
The third thing I do is pray, I do not pray, and maybe you will say that it is the same thing but it is not so, praying is repeating religious prayers, instead praying is talking to God, and that is what I also do before going to sleep, first I thank God for life, for my children, for my family, for the daily bread, I pray for those old people who are abandoned by their children so that my God does not abandon them and can give them a roof to live under, I also pray for my nation Venezuela so that God continues to bless it, I pray for those women who have left the country in search of an economic improvement and who have been murdered and mistreated, I pray for those children who are raped by their relatives, even by their parents and who are then raped by their parents, I also pray for my nation Venezuela so that God continues to bless it, I pray that God will provide them with their daily bread and heal those who are sick, in short, there are so many things we have to pray for, and we must do this believing that God will do something, I also pray for my children, so that God will keep them, free them from all evil, bless them, I also pray for the young people, those young people who are submerged in alcohol, in delinquency, in drugs, in prostitution, I do this because I have believed in a true God, a living God, a God who responds, and what is impossible for us is possible for him, so let us not get tired of praying, let us continue praying and let us continue believing that he will do.
2️⃣ ¿De quién o qué imagen está en la página de inicio de su teléfono? ¿Y por qué elegiste eso?/2️⃣ Whose or what image is on the home page of your phone? And why did you choose that?
Aunque tengo 2 hijos adolescentes, la imágen que tengo en la página de inicio de mi télefono es la de mi hijo menor, usted se peguntará el porque si tengo 2 hijos y es que a mi hijo mayor no le gusta tomarse fotos y menos que yo la coloque en mi télefono, y elegí esa foto porque ellos son mi mayor felicidad, es el mejor regalo que me ha dado Dios, son mi motor para seguir adelante, para seguir trabajando, ellos son todo para mí y las veces que veo esa foto de mi hijo digo: WOW que grande y hermoso esta mi hijo, verlo vivo y sano me llena de mucha felicidad y eso debo agradecerlo a Dios primeramente, por eso siempre digo, gracias Dios por mis hijos.
Although I have 2 teenage children, the image I have on the home page of my phone is the one of my youngest son, you may wonder why I have 2 children and my oldest son does not like to have his picture taken and even less that I put it on my phone, and I chose that picture because they are my greatest happiness, is the best gift that God has given me, they are my engine to move forward, to continue working, they are everything to me and whenever I see that picture of my son I say: WOW how big and beautiful my son is, seeing him alive and healthy fills me with so much happiness and that I have to thank God first of all, that's why I always say, thank you God for my children.

My two sons are adults that want their privacy and don't want me tucking them in anymore, a hard habit for me to break but I find other ways to show I care for them.
