Saving Veggies and Mushrooms

Every 3^rd Friday of the month we're going to save mushrooms and veggies sourced from high quality organic suppliers in estimated oversupply, to avoid food waste. Last time we had fresh Maitake(Grifola Frondosa), Oyster mushrooms(Pleurotus Ostreatus) and delicious supplies of organic vegetables. With incredible Lacinato kale and some cress that tasted so amazing, I had to share my excitement about where they come from and how awesome this opportunity is for anyone living in Zürich.

Join us at our next Vegetable Market on every third Friday of the month @ Hohlstrasse 236, 8004 Zürich.

Managing resources and supply chains efficiently through ai and machine learning could revolutionise logistics and procurement. If middlemen industries decide to consolidate with individuals, the power given back to communities and small businesses could greatly reduce environmental impact and manage resources and supply chains according to load and transit efforts as well as the proximity for common destinations. A DAO could handle supply chains of the future, where all businesses or private individuals of today become transparent partners to create group purchase orders that will evolve the way we will consume.
