Hopefully in the next few years or even sooner. I will try to speak with local sailors about the current maintenance prices.
But because I am not planning to travel much with it, it will probably need less frequent maintenance than the usual, and I will not have to pay something like €150 EUR every month.
Otherwise that would be the same as my current rent.
If there are any sailors or any person with any experience with sailboats on Hive, I would be glad to hear some opinions and experiences.

It would be a very cool thing to be free like that so I hope it works out. One thing I haven't seen on Hive is someone who lives on a boat so that would be a first!
Also, I hope you have plenty of warm clothes. I hear it can get very cold on the water.
I must admit to not being aware of your hardship over in Hungary, and I hope HIVE can provide you with all you need.
I have many warm clothes. I am already well prepared for the cold Hungarian winter. Although if I get the sailboat, I will probably move with it to some warmer places, for example near Spain or Cyprus.
I very rarely blog about it. I mostly mention it in comments under other people's posts. Hopefully I can get the sailboat in the next 1-2 years with the help of the Hive blockchain. There are many supportive people (including you), and I am very glad and happy for this.
Thank you again for the support. Both for myself and for everyone else. Nowadays the engagement league is one of the best encouraging initistives on the Hive blockchain. I am happy to be regularly in the top 10 of it.
