That picture/image is like a scene from Heroes of Might and Magic: A Strategic Quest (1995) and from Heroes of Might and Magic II (1996).
The latter is one of my favorite childhood video games. I love it. By the way, both of these video games features hand drawn graphics.

It's actually a custom piece a Colorado artist created and gifted to the Star Tribe Alliance to use as their background. That's cool it reminds you of something from an old 90s game though... I only remember Hero Quest and Battlemasters board games from Wizards of the Coast back then... I still have Battlemasters.
