I successfully climbed back to the Bronze I League near the end of the season (2022.05.16)

I am not going to play more matches in the current season. I am barely in the Bronze I League. Today I completed a Sneak quest, but the quest "reward" is the usual shit. Alchemy Potion Charge. Absolutely disappointing.

I heard that there will be changes in the reward system in the next two weeks. Hopefully the game will start to give proper rewards again in the Bronze League. If not, then probably soon I will say goodbye to Splinterlands as a game. Maybe even as an investment option.

I played 125 battles in this season, and I won 67 battles, so my win rate is 53.60%. I am amongst the top 200 000 players. I am currently the 173 935th.

Soon (approximately in 11 hours) the current season will ends, and we will see the season end rewards. I will receive nine reward chests. I am trying to be positive about it, despite that nowadays Splinterlands is doing everything to drag down my mood, and disappoint me and the most of the players in the Bronze leagues, instead of encouraging and motivating us.

Congrats on your effort! And stay strong! The rewards changes will have a huge impact. Your sentiment has been echoed across the whole player-base of Splinterlands and it has been heard. The new system will re-direct a sizeable portion of rewards back into the hands of active players (who are more likely to re-invest back into the economy) and put pressure on those who may have other 'frowned upon' intentions. 2 weeks to go!

This is very good to read. Feels very good that the developer team is listening to the opinions of the players. I am a relatively old Splinterlands player. I am playing Splinterlands since 2018.12.30. If the changes in the reward system will be good, I will be more inclined to buy and/or rent cards to play.

I admit the game itself doesn't really seem that rewarding and I keep feeling like the rental market is the way to go in the future. So I hope the new reward system changes do help but I feel like there are just too many cards on the market.

And also too many cards in circulation, yet receiving reward cards are still very rare. At least in the Bronze leagues. Hopefully the upcoming changes in the reward system will solve this. We soon (approximately in two weeks) will see it.
