A hot strawberry drink, San Marzano Pizza + a cup of Cappuchino - #MarketFriday (2021.11.26)
Well, let me start by saying that @felixxx sent me $300 HBD in the recent past to help me out with my winter expenses, and we agreed that I will write a post, if I buy something with the money.
The first thing I have done is to pay the (electricity and gas) bills of the October month, which was 20 000 HUF ($61.27 USD).
I would like to mention that this $300 HBD is a huge help for me, and I am financially going to get through the whole winter with it.
This is why I decided to spend some amount (really a very little) amount of it on some foods and drink, which may be considered as luxury. At least by most people in my country (in Hungary).
The first thing I bought is a hot strawberry drink in the Agóra Bisztró (Bistro). This was two days ago (on 2021.11.24). This is the first time I tried a hot strawberry drink in my life so far. Its taste is similar to a puding, but it is obviously much more liquid than that. And it was some kind of cream on the top of it. Probably whipped cream.
It was 750 HUF ($2.30 USD).
It was delicious and tasty. Felt very good in the cold.
The second thing was today. I went into the San Marzano Pizza today.
They have 19 kinds of Pizzas. I ordered the 17 (San Marzano) with a pepperoni paprika topping. It was 2190 HUF + 300 HUF. I also ordered a cup of coffee (Cappuchino). That was 450 HUF. 2940 HUF in total, which is $9.01 USD.
So I spent $11.31 USD in total this week from the $300 HBD.
Both the Pizza and the Cappuchino was expensive. Especially the Cappuchino. The Pizza was well worth it. It was freshly made and very delicious/tasty. It was so hot that I could barely touch it. And it was spicy, thanks to the pepperoni paprika topping. I like spicy foods.
As you can see on the photo above (and below), they also gave me fork and knife, but I always eat Pizzas barehanded.
The Cappuchino was nothing special for that price. I know a place, where I can buy a Cappuchino for a much cheaper price, for 190 HUF, and that is more. Both in the amount and also in taste.
The post made me smile.
That is money well spent.
Looks worth every cent of it.
Yes. Everything was very tasty/delicious. Especially that hot strawberry drink and the pizza. Even the Cappuchino, although I tasted a better Cappuchino compared to that price. But it was still tasty/delicious. The hot strawberry drink was a first try in my life, and it was exceptional and outstanding.
Thank you so much for the support/help again. I am very grateful and very happy for this huge help.
I give you some !PIZZA.
Have a nice day and have a nice weekend.
All the best. Greetings from Hungary.

I feel so good when I see that you are able to have a few niceties in your life. @felixxx truly has a kind and generous heart.
The pizza looks amazing! I love the thick crust and I love it spicy! I have never had a hot strawberry drink, but, it sounds interesting. Too bad about the cappuccino, but, at least you know where you can get a good one.
The town is pretty, I like the architecture and the rows of buildings in various colors. I am so glad you decided to participate in this week's #MarketFriday. It was a nice addition to the challenge!
#MarketFriday has evolved over time from straight shopping to a cultural affair as it highlights how we differ and then again, how much we are alike. We have become a melting pot of culture, but, it is still the Rituals, Festivals, food, architecture, even your language/languages that separate us... Along with the fact of what is normal for where you live? These are unwritten rules that rule our social behaviors. I see this as allowing for increased tolerance between cultures and nations, and opportunities to come together on an even playing ground. A strong culture can be beneficial to a country as it promotes unity, especially during a crisis, peaceful debate, and open dialogue. I can only hope this to be true.
Fridays are all about the #MarketFriday Challenge! Looking to take part in it? Here is how:
