A flock of birds (plus the moon and other things) in a frosty Sunday morning in Szolnok, Hungary (2021.10.24)

Hello Feathered Friends.

It was a long time ago when I posted in this community, so this is not my first post here, but I do not remember when was the last time I posted something here. Nowadays I rarely comment under other posts in the Feathered Friends community, but today I decided to share some "birdy moments" with you.

Originally I planned to capture the moon, so this was not even planned, but an absolutely/totally random thing. I was lucky/fortunate enough to capture these birds. Actually it was completely accidental/spontaneous.

At first, early in the morning (around 07:00), I went to Szolnok Plaza, but I realized that today it opens at 08:00, so I decided to walk towards the direction of the train station.

I took two photos about the moon in front of the Szolnok Plaza.

The temperature was -1 °C (30.20 ° F).

When I walked to the other side of the street, I captured some more photos about the moon, and this is where the fun comes in.

On the first photo from this place there is the moon with the public lights on, and one bird on the right side of the photo, close to the rooftop, at the start of his/her flight, and there are other two birds sitting on the right side of the rooftop, near the edge, above the windows. They are barely visible on this photo, this is why I describe their position.

Now the flock comes. To be honest, I do not know from where. I did not observed that. Maybe out of that building. Maybe from above it.

The flock again on the right side of the building. They probably circled above it. I concenteated on the moon, so I really did not observed their movements.

Thanks to the clear sky, a little bit more than 1 hour later (08:18), the moon is still visible on the sky, while the sun was shining from the opposite direction.

Taking a turn to left, there is a cloud, forming a ghost-like figure. Or this is what I see in it. His/her head is on the right side. It is like as if he/she would have a long hair. What do you see in it?

Walking in the city, I noticed another interesting cloud. This is like a tail. Or a feather. What do you see in this?

And finally two photos about the fountains on the Kossuth square.

Despite the frosty morning temperature, the autumn/fall weather is beautiful. I hope that you also like it.

By the way, the temperature went up to 11 ˚C (51.80 °F), so currently the temperature is also pleasant.
