Evening Splinterlands Fans

Time for the SHARE YOUR BATTLE Weekly Challenge.

For this week's battle challenge, we have got Dragons to play with. Dragons are always so fun to play with. I love the furiousity that the dragon splinter brings with it. Be it the summoners or the monsters, all dragons are awesome(even the common ones). And the best part is that they can work with all splinters, allowing you to have your dream team.

Summoners

When talking about Dragons summoners, legendary ones are of course the best. I like all dragon summoners but my most favorites are BYZANTINE KITTY, SELENIA SKY and ARCHMAGE ARIUS.

Monsters

There has been a whole lot of dragon monsters, each with their own amazing abilities. My favorite one are DRAGON JUMPER, MANTICORE, ROBO-DRAGON KNIGHT and LIGHTNING DRAGON are my favorite.

`Cost Analysis`

Dragons are always costly because every wants them. Legendary dragons are worth far more than their other splinter counterparts. But the the real determinant of Dragon's worth is their rarity, edition and foil.

`Favored Battle Rules`

Battle Rules determine the choice of Dragon Summoners. e.g. DARIA is more suited for Melee Mayhem Ruleset or DRAKE OF ARNAK is best suited for Armored Up or Weak Magic rule sets and so on.

`MY BATTLE USING Dragons`

This was a 27 mana battle with two battle rules, Weak Magic and Broken Arrows.

`MY LINEUP`

`DARIA DRAGONSCALE`

I choose to play with DARIA DRAGONSCALE summoner because I wanted to go with some heavy melee attack. With DARIA, I choose to play Earth splinter because I was anticipating heavy magic attack and Earth Splinter offers reasonable anti-magic options.

`LORD ARIANTHUS`

Upfront I used my favorite No Attack tank, LORD ARIANTHUS. This guy can really take some beating, all you need to do is some healer in the back.

`FAILED SUMMONER`

Next on one down I used another no attack monster, FAILED SUMMONER. Costing just 2 mana with Magic Reflect and Demoralize abilities this guy can come in really handy.

`MUSHROOM SEER`

As, I was anticipating heavy magic attack, so I used MUSHROOM SEER to cripple the enemy's magic attack. Plus the Poison is an added benefit of MUSHROOM SEER.

`DRAGON JUMPER`

Time for my main attack monster, DRAGON JUMPER. Heavy opportunity attack makes this a real threat. If left unattended, he can eat up enemy lineup pretty fast.

`WOOD NYMPH`

Next is the turn of the healer and since Broken Arrows ruleset is in play so SPIRIT OF THE FOREST is out of equation. So I used WOOD NYMPH as the healer for my tanks.

`FURIOUS CHICKEN`

On the very last I place the zero mana monster, FURIOUS CHICKEN as a sneak attack protector. FURIOUS CHICKEN can sometimes prove the difference between win or loss.

`BATTLE ANALYSIS`

The battle went as planned. My guess was correct as the enemy used heavy magic attack and I had every bit of placement done in Magic attack anticipation. This was a sure victory as enemies faded away from Magic Reflect and what's left was cleared by Dragon Jumper.
