Each country has its own resources, wealth and labor. The poverty that suffers from could be the result of control by other countries to exploit it. This with the introduction of intellectual colonization.

That appears to happen a lot. Unfortunately, exploitation also creates dependence. Therefore, these countries become stuck in poverty.
