What is it with all these self acclaimed depressed people?
nelson-george clearly stated that there's a spot for y'all in the hospital. This set of people don't just like peace. How can I be scrolling through my WhatsApp status and I'm seeing things like:"nobody cares for me" or " depression wan kill 🥲me(depression is after my life🥲)
I want to make it clear that if you're depressed, you won't even be able to post on your status. Depressed people do crazy shit like jumping off a building and you're not depressed enough until you jump off a building (take my advice at owners risk).
It's the fact that these self-acclaimed depressed people sometimes play music to start their depression journey. You look at their music playlist and you're already feeling sad.
The day I realised this was the day I was with one of my friends Charles. @jhymi should know her. Charles was very fine, vibing and all and the next thing her mood changed. Her phone was connected to the Bluetooth speaker and so we were forced to listen to her songs. The first ten songs were from the artist 'juicewrld'. This thing wasn't funny at all.
I didn't want to talk so that she wouldn't make me look like a mad woman as she was making my hair. As the song"Asiwaju" by Ruger came up, I began thanking my stars, a song with beats at last but this girl changed the song immediately. She said 'the song is not songing' in other words, the song is not sad and depressing enough.
My question is why? Why would you choose to make yourself depressed by yourself just because you feel life is hard? Or because you feel you're too happy. Just look for a cold drink and take it. It's probably the hot sun that's disturbing you. Most times, I feel like these people are seeking attention but still, I say cheese and mind was my business.
PS: I don't even want to talk about how the hair came out in the end. Just picture a depressed person making your hair and you'd know what it looks like. Thank God for caps and beanies.

This is more than just saying cheese ha,ha,ha, this is serious business. Wow, I'll keep an eye on my hairdresser, I'd risk too much if something happens to my hair ha,ha,ha,ha. I have so much to say on this subject that I better get to work so I don't fall into depression @wongi
You really should watch out for your hairdresser because most of them work when they're not in the right state of mind.

Depression is a very big term. Nowadays many people use it unnecessarily to play a sympathy card I think. For which people who really needed help r ignored .
That's the point. People are really making it hard to differentiate the really depressed people from the self-acclaimed depressed people. Just sad.
