A Trip to Chinese Restaurant

And here we are not talking about "commercialized" western-style "Chinese" restaurants, but rather a true one. The one which serves dumplings in all shapes and tastes. Only when you try some of those dumplings, you get an idea of how amazing real Chinese cuisine is. Well, after all, it is one with the oldest tradition and one with the most diverse food. However, aren't dumpings simple food? What is the craving about? Oh no, far from that. Dumplings are delicate and sophisticated dishes. Every detail matters. How thick is your dough, what is the filling, how do you wrap it, and at the end how do you prepare it? Of course, the main thing is, how did you prepare that dough at the start. Sure there are not many ingredients but a lot can go wrong. Well, luckily for me, I didn't prepare this lovely stuff, but simply took the photos and ate them all.
