Seafood for the night
Hi foodies.
It is the second and final day of the Eid Mubarak public break and also the day I enjoyed seafood properly.
Initially, the day started off in the same loop - prayers, chores and food.
Then of course it drizzled but this time it rained nonstop throughout the day. I was so comfy binge watching my latest cartoon series that I almost totally forgot to write an article today.
Some hours later, it was already evening. My sisters and I were clueless on what to prepare for dinner until the queen of the house - My Mum decided to treat us today with her special seafood recipe. She had bought some fresh seafood earlier and so for dinner, she took a few and prepared pepper soup with it.
It consists crabs, shrimps, beef etc. and let me tell you, this soup was glorious. It was just the right amount of spicy and hot for the weather.
This picture was actually my second plate and would’ve been my third if I was dining alone.
I couldn’t keep this delight to myself so here i am sharing it with you guys and maybe if you’re as clueless as I was on what to have for dinner, lunch or breakfast depending on the time this meets you, this could be an idea!

Seafood has a way of looking so good, and the best part is, they usually taste really good. The only thing about it is that they always feel wierd in my mouth.
You know, with all those cruch sounds and the fact that I put some exoskeletal creature iin my mouth is wierd. You do not want to imagine my face if I had been at the dinner. But I know they taste nice...
Some call it cockroaches of the sea and now you call it exoskeleton, these nicknames are hilarious 😂

Oh delicious is an understatement haha.
I've never had crabs before and I doubt I'd ever try it. Prolly because I'm not a fan of shelly seafoods.
I must commend your Mom's cooking, the meal looks... well if it weren't for my dislike for crabs I'd say mouthwatering 🤤. All the same, it looks really good 👌.
