This is so cool! So are you near the Loire Valley, or Rhone? I am in love with !wine from France, but not to familiar where everything lays in the country, except a few of the regions.

We are not near those places in fact. We are in the south, close to the Spanish boarder in the Pyrenees Mountains. The people around here don't even consider themselves French. But the grapes still grow pretty good! And everybody loves their wine of course.

Mine is bubbling away nicely now. Such a comforting sound. Around one bubble a second at the moment, letting me know everything is fermenting as it should be.

Last night we tried a bottle of the local red and honestly I did not find it to be that enjoyable. Very strong though! Let's see if mine is any better than the professionals ;)

Right on! Must be exciting to make your own wine. Sorry to hear about the bottle you bought wasn't good, but it happens. As long as it isn't corked, then what can you do except just enjoy the medical effects lol. Ill be following you along, and see how your wine turns out.
