🍲 Lunes de Pieczonki 🍲

Hola querida comunidad de Gems, cómo siempre es un placer escribir para ustedes, los últimos días anduve algo distante con un montón de cosas en la cabeza pero aquí estamos para continuar comunicados con hive, el día de hoy comenzó sin internet, estaban reparando la central que conecta todas las entradas de internet del edificio, así que estuvimos unas cuantas horas sin wifi.

Hello dear Gems community, how it is always a pleasure to write for you, the last few days I have been somewhat distant with a lot of things on my mind but here we are to continue communicating with hive, today started without internet, they were repairing the central that connects all the internet entrances of the building, so we were a few hours without wifi.

En la mañana como cada día fui con Panda al parque, luego de que se cansará jugando a la pelota, dimos una última vuelta y volvimos a casa para desayunar.

In the morning, like every day, I went to the park with Panda, after he got tired playing ball, we took one last lap and went back home to have breakfast.

Para el desayuno hice perico con zucchini/calabacín, tomates y cebolla. También hice arepas. Luego me dediqué a ordenar, doblar la ropa, volver a lavar lo que quedo pendiente, limpiar la cocina, sacar la basura y hacer las compras. En su mayoría vegetales y los ingredientes que my friend necesitaba para hacer Pieczonki que es una especie de estofado polaco a base de papas, remolacha/betarraga, chorizo y tocineta, honestente no se ve gran cosa pero es uno de mis platos favoritos de la comida polaca, el sabor de todo mezclado es bien intenso, bueno ese fue nuestro almuerzo, comí tanto que no creo que vaya a cenar, ya tenemos internet por lo que me pude conectar para escribir mi diario.

For breakfast I made perico with zucchini/zucchini, tomatoes and onion. I also made arepas. Then I dedicated myself to tidying up, folding the clothes, doing the laundry again, cleaning the kitchen, taking out the garbage and doing the shopping. Mostly vegetables and the ingredients that my friend needed to make Pieczonki which is a kind of Polish stew based on potatoes, beets, sausage and bacon, honestly it doesn't look like much but it's one of my favorite dishes in Polish food, the flavor of everything mixed is very intense, well that was our lunch, I ate so much that I don't think I'll go to dinner, we already have internet so I was able to connect to write my diary.
