I watched it for about 20 minutes. I didn't find it extremely funny or offensive, just a dude talking about our current social issues, with a sense of humor.
I'm tired of the topics though, so I turned it off.

It peaks brutally in the last 15Min, might be intentional. But you didn't really miss a milestone of entertainment.
It actually got better afterwards. Not particularly super funny according to Dave's standards, but it became quite entertaining if for nothing else than understanding his viewpoint. I almost turned it off in disbelief 15 minutes in, but felt it redeemed itself as it went on. I'm glad I finished it.
Good to know, if I get bored enough maybe I'll revisit it. I just find I don't care what color people are or how they choose to dress, I'm more interested in what people are interested in and how they act. So, I just didn't find it that interesting.
