Primera Ferias de las Empanadas en Cumaná // Mi experiencia

Hello dear hivers, cordial greetings to all, wishing you all the best, I hope you are well and healthy, encouraged to be here again this community of @hivesucre. Today I tell you my experience in the First Fair of Empanadas held in the neighborhood of Bebedero, Altagracia parish of the first born of the American continent, Cumana, Sucre state.
These fairs were held with the aim of providing the public with a feast of flavors, music, colors, and oriental cuisine, as the empanadas are the most consumed and popular in this city, besides being the best in the country. It also offers us an excellent recreation in this Holy Week 2024 and also offers musical groups such as Afro Creole where the Cumanese family could attend for the enjoyment.
I went through each point, where with joy and enthusiasm and that heat cumanes that characterizes us, I was immediately infected, I could eat 3 empanadas, one for each point, It counted with the participation of more than 70 entrepreneurs, and all were great, I ordered them with seafood, for a price of 40 bfs, which is almost 1$, they were the special ones because they had a great variety of fillings, where the pepitonas, squid, dogfish, skate, and seafood are the main protagonists to represent this coastal city.
From 9 in the morning this fair was active until late at night, so you could attend at any time, I was able to go at night. The attention and friendliness were present.
It should be noted that these fairs were scheduled for only two days, Thursday 28 and Friday March 29, because everything was a success and desicdeiron extend it to 'Saturday 30 where was the closing and I had the opportunity to attend, to taste this dish that I love.
I loved to attend these fairs and see such a cheerful atmosphere, everything well organized, lots of security, I liked to see so many expert workers and the culinary art, because with the people involved in its preparation, and with whom I spoke they gave me their references, because they work in other parts of the city for family sustenance, no doubt that our culture prevails in this type of festivities.

[Spanish,Here]> Hola estimados hivers, un cordial saludos a todos, deseandoles lo mejor, espero esten bién y saludables, animada de estar aquí nuevamente esta comunidad de @hivesucre. Hoy les cuento mi experiencia en la Primera Feria de Las Empanadas realizada en El barrio de Bebedero, parroquia Altagracia de la primogénita del continente americano, Cumaná estado Sucre.
Estas ferias se realizaron con el objetivo de brindar al público, un festín de sabores, música, colores, y gastronomía oriental, pues las empandas son las más consumida y populares, en esta cuidad, además de ser las mejores de el país. También nos brinda una excelente recreación en el asueto semana santa 2024 y además ofrece grupos musicales como Afro criollo en donde la familia Cumanesa podía asitir para el disfrute.
Me pasé por cada punto, donde con Alegría y entusiasmo y ese calor cumanes que nos caracteriza, me contagió de inmediato, pude comerme 3 empanadas, una por cada punto, Contó con la participación de más de 70 emprendedores, y todas estaban buenísimas, las ordené de frutos de el mar, por un precio de 40 bfs, la cual equivale casi 1$, eran las especiales pues una gran variedad de rellenos, donde las pepitonas, calamares,el cazón, la raya, y los mariscos son los principales protagonistas para representar a esta cuidad costera.
Desde las 9 de la mañana estaba activada esta feria hasta tarde en la noche, así que podías asistir en cualquier horario, yo pude ir en la noche. La atención y amabalidad se hicieron presentes.
Cabe destacar que estar ferias estaban pautadas por solo dos días, juves 28 y viernes 29 de Marzo, pues todo fue un éxito y desicdeiron extenderla para el ´sábado 30 donde fue la clausura y tuve la oportunidad de asistir, para degustar este plato que me encanta.
Me encantó asistir a estas ferias y ver este ambiente tan alegre,todo bien organizado, mucha seguridad, me gustó ver tanta gente trabajadora experta y el arte culinario, pues con las personas enxargadas en su preparación, y con quien converse me dieron su referencias, pues laboran en otros sitios de la cuidad para el sustento familiar, sin duda alguna que nuestra cultura prevalece en este tipo de festividades.
Fue una maravillosa experiencia, ya las espero para el año que viene en su segunda edición. Espero que les haya gustado saber de este movimiento cultural realizado en la ciudad, ¡Gracias por su atención !

Hola, sin lugar a dudas, fue una grata experiencia, un festín de sabores, alegría y buena música. Esas empanadas se ven riquísimas, se me hizo agua la boca. Mis favoritas, pecado y mariscos. Saludos.
Amiga yo no pude ir pero se ve que estuvo muy bueno y que lo disfrutaste. Además ¿A quien no le gusta una empanada?
