Saludos cordiales, en vista de la cercanía de las fiestas decembrina hoy me complace unirme a la iniciativa creada por @carmenmc que lleva por título "Mis cosas favoritas de la época decembrina" una de las iniciativa hermosa ya que la Navidad es época de reconciliación y celebración y recordemos que en esta fecha celebramos un acontecimiento muy importante cómo lo es la Natividad de nuestro señor Jesús.

Warm greetings, in view of the approaching Christmas holidays today I am pleased to join the initiative created by @carmenmc which is entitled "My favorite things of the holiday season" one of the beautiful initiative because Christmas is a time of reconciliation and celebration and remember that on this date we celebrate a very important event how is the Nativity of our Lord Jesus.

Es maravilloso cuando al fin llega Diciembre y con él, La Navidad, la cual se ha convertido en una fecha muy esperada para todas las personas, en todo el mundo, ya que es un momento en que nos sentimos muy felices y llenos de amor, muchas veces no sabemos el significado de este sentimiento, para mí es solo una sensación única que sentimos en nosotros cuando llegan estas fechas; escuchando los aguinaldos o parrandones, Decorando nuestras casas y preparando comida típica de este hermoso tiempo, para compartir con familiares, amigos, donde demostramos esa unión fraternal.

It is wonderful when December finally arrives and with it, Christmas, which has become a long awaited date for all people around the world, as it is a time when we feel very happy and full of love, many times we do not know the meaning of this feeling, for me it is just a unique feeling that we feel in us when these dates arrive; listening to the aguinaldos or parrandones, decorating our homes and preparing typical food of this beautiful time, to share with family, friends, where we show that fraternal union.

Decoración navideña | Christmas decoration

Cuando llega la navidad, los colores luces y brillo se hacen presentes en sus decoraciones, desde cualquier centro comercial hasta cualquier calle brillan las luces de navidad, me gusta decorar mi hogar con guirnaldas, coronas, bolas, muñecos y principalmente el arbolito, empezamos armarlo desde noviembre con las extensiones, luego los adornos, me encanta que cada rincón de mi hogar haya un detalle navideño que llame la atención e ilumine nuestra alma.

When Christmas comes, the colors, lights and brightness are present in their decorations, from any mall to any street Christmas lights shine, I like to decorate my home with garlands, wreaths, balls, dolls and mainly the tree, we started to put it together since November with the extensions, then the ornaments, I love that every corner of my home has a Christmas detail that draws attention and illuminates our soul.

La comida navideña/Christmas food:

Otra de las cosas que disfruto mucho en esta fiesta decembrina es la comida, para todas las familias Venezolanas el plato navideño es como un ritual que si no lo tenemos en la mesa en esta época, no es navidad, ese sabor de todos los ingredientes que lleva las hallacas que es el plato principal que engalana la mesa, es sin duda único y representa la unión de toda mi familia, me recuerda que hay valores y amor. También me encanta degustar del pan jamón, la ensalada de gallina, el pernil y los dulces , las bebidas en fin una gama de sabores y colores, pero siempre decimos que de no contar con estos deliciosos platos lo más importante de esta época es el compartir y la unión familiar.

Another of the things that I enjoy a lot in this holiday season is the food, for all Venezuelan families the Christmas dish is like a ritual that if we do not have it on the table at this time, it is not Christmas, that taste of all the ingredients that takes the hallacas which is the main dish that adorns the table, is certainly unique and represents the union of my family, it reminds me that there are values and love. I also love to taste the ham bread, chicken salad, the pernil and sweets, drinks in short a range of flavors and colors, but we always say that if we do not have these delicious dishes the most important thing of this time is the sharing and family togetherness.

Las músicas navideñas /Christmas music:

Amo la música, porque nos conectan a muchas energías de alegría, y en navidad podemos escuchar aguinaldos, parrandones, villancicos y gaitas. Desde noviembre todas las emisoras radiales se empiezan escuchar esta clase de música y nos llena de mucha nostalgias, porque nos recuerdan nuestra niñez, también formábamos un grupo cantando todas estas melodías, y disfrutábamos ese parrandón.

I love music, because they connect us to many energies of joy, and at Christmas time we can listen to aguinaldos, parrandones, carols and gaitas. Since November all the radio stations start to listen to this kind of music and it fills us with a lot of nostalgia, because it reminds us of our childhood, we also formed a group singing all these melodies, and we enjoyed that parrandón.
