Hoy complacida en participar en una nueva edición del concurso semanal de
Ladies of Hive, en el cual me emociona realizar porque corresponde hablar sobre Hive y nuestra experiencia dentro de la plataforma, definitivamente es algo que me gusta mucho hablar y compartir, aquí les dejo mi entrada y espero que les guste.
Today I'm pleased to participate in a new edition of the weekly contest of
Ladies of Hive, in which I am excited to perform because it corresponds to talk about Hive and our experience within the platform, definitely is something that I really like to talk and share, here I leave you my entry and I hope you like it.
¿Cuáles son sus rituales nocturnos justo antes de acostarse? | What are your nightly rituals right before bedtime?
Dormir es fundamental para nuestra salud, por lo menos de 6 a 8 horas podemos descansar para reponer energías y prepararnos para enfrentar un día lleno de actividades. Una noche de sueño reponedor nos permite cumplir de mejor forma con las exigencias diarias, también nos ayuda a controlar el estrés y mantener un estado de ánimo equilibrado.
Sleep is essential for our health, at least 6 to 8 hours we can rest to replenish energy and prepare to face a day full of activities. A good night's sleep allows us to better meet our daily demands, it also helps us to control stress and maintain a balanced mood.
Soy de las personas que me cuesta dormirme, aunque adoro una cama y pasar muchas horas descansando, en mi casa me dicen la bella durmiente, je je. Debido a esto acostumbro a realizar varios rituales antes de caer en los brazos de Morfeo, aunque todas las noches son diferentes, ya que durante el día hacemos actividades diferentes, por lo tanto hay dias mas agitados que otros y termino cansada, lo que me resulta fácil dormirme.
Antes de dormirme, me cepillo, tomo agua y miro la televisión con el reloj activado para que se apague solo, también miro mi teléfono y me distraigo revisando todas mis redes sociales, hasta que la viste se me canse, o a veces suelo tomarme un te de manzanilla, esas actividades me ayudan a conciliar mas mi sueño.
I am one of those people who find it hard to fall asleep, although I love a bed and spend many hours resting, at home they call me the sleeping beauty, heh heh. Because of this I usually perform several rituals before falling into the arms of Morpheus, although every night is different, because during the day we do different activities, so some days are more hectic than others and I end up tired, which makes it easy for me to fall asleep.
Before falling asleep, I brush I drink water and watch TV with the clock on so that it turns itself off, I also look at my phone and distract myself by checking all my social networks, until I get tired of it, or sometimes I drink a chamomile tea, these activities help me to fall asleep.
¿De quién o qué imagen está en la página de inicio de su teléfono? ¿Y por qué elegiste eso?| Whose or what image is on your phone's home page? And why did you choose that?
Tengo en mi teléfono una foto muy especial, la de mi madre que es el pilar mas importante de mi vida, siempre estamos juntas porque vivimos en la misma casa, y cuando salgo de viaje o de casa allí esta su imagen, por lo tanto elegí esa foto porque ella representa el amor incondicional en mi vida, estoy muy agradecida con Dios por la madre que me ha dado, y de verdad que esa foto es bonita y fue un día feliz.
