Celebración con colegas y estudiantes en un ambiente laboral armónico
Bienvenidos a mi blog
Las celebraciones son parte de una interacción social que nos une como grupo familiar, laboral y de amigos, en esta oportunidad me expresaré a través de este escrito, el festejo del acto académico de mis estudiantes en mi institución, donde finalizan y alcanzan una meta, además de ser el ultimo día de trabajo, las cuales son motivos para estar felices y celebrar.
Celebrations are part of a social interaction that unites us as a group of family, work and friends, in this opportunity I will express through this writing, the celebration of the academic act of my students in my institution, where they finish and reach a goal, besides being the last day of work, which are reasons to be happy and celebrate.
It is wonderful when you belong to this institution and share with co-workers where we manage the same positive energies, achieving a harmonious work environment, this is achieved from the major entity that is the director of the plant which treats us very well giving us the confidence and understanding necessary to establish links that unites us as a big family.
Es importante mantener el respeto entre los colegas además de ser amigables en donde todos los involucrados en el proceso logremos un ambiente agradable, el personal obrero, administrativo, docente le demos el mejor ejemplo a los estudiantes. Esto no pasa en todas las instituciones donde se dejan manejar por la envidia, hipocresía y guerra de poderes lo que genera un ambiente laboral negativo, donde uno no se siente bien lo que trae como consecuencia que el ambiente se torne pesado y no funcione a cabalidad. Por eso que tener una buena relación social entre los compañeros nos mantiene motivados a trabajar en armonía, pasamos la mayoría del tiempo en nuestro trabajo compartiendo con la misma personas así que es importante mantenernos como una gran familia.
It is important to maintain respect among colleagues as well as being friendly where all those involved in the process achieve a pleasant environment, where the working, administrative and teaching staff give the best example to the students. This does not happen in all institutions where they are driven by envy, hypocrisy and power war which generates a negative work environment, where one does not feel good which results in the environment becomes heavy and does not work fully. That is why having a good social relationship between colleagues keeps us motivated to work in harmony, we spend most of our time at work sharing with the same people so it is important to keep us as one big family.
En cada aula, pasillo, jardín de la institución cada uno de ellos tienen su recuerdo que nunca olvidaran, es bonito cuando no solo sus padres comparten sus éxitos con ellos también todos sus amigos y entre ellos no deben faltar sus profesores, por eso jamás he fallado a este acto académico, me encanta ver a mis estudiantes felices recibiendo su título que lo acredita como bachiller de la república de Venezuela.
Fortunately, I have belonged to this great family for 20 years, where I have always felt comfortable and happy, and as everything is work we take advantage of the days of celebrations and this time one of the most anticipated as the academic ceremony where it is important to attend, as students want to share their goals not only with their families but also with their teachers, which we instill knowledge and values leaving a mark on their teaching process and academic learning.
In every classroom, hallway, garden of the institution each one of them have a memory that they will never forget, it is nice when not only their parents share their successes with them but also all their friends and among them should not miss their teachers, so I have never missed this academic event, I love to see my students happy to see my students receiving their degree that certifies their bachelor of the Republic of Venezuela.
La recreación es muy importante en una institución porque es necesario compartir con todo el personal, conocernos un poco más y divertimos como los mejores amigos, así que después del acto académico, nos dirigimos a algún sitio de la cuidad a brindar por la buena relación que hemos mantenido durante todos estos años, es muy bonito este compartir que nos acerca más y nos consolida como colegas y amigos.
Recreation is very important in an institution because it is necessary to share with all the staff, get to know each other a little more, and have fun as the best of friends, so after the academic act, we go somewhere in the city to toast for the good relationship that we have maintained during all these years, it is very nice this sharing that brings us closer, and consolidates us as colleagues and friends.
Me encantó mostrar esta celebración laboral que estuvo fantástica, además que teníamos dos años sin celebrar por la pandemia, por eso la disfruté como nunca, bailé cosa que no hacía desde hace tiempo, compartimos unas bebidas espirituosas y la pasamos de maravilla, fue un momento no planificado que terminó muy bien. Ser docente me ha enseñado que nos solo es enseñar una materia sino mantener siempre la buena relación entre todos y el respeto, ya que todos somos buenas personas y nos une la misma profesión.
I was delighted to show this work celebration which was fantastic, besides we had two years without celebrating because of the pandemic, so I enjoyed it like never before, I danced something I had not done for a long time, we shared some spirits and we had a wonderful time, it was an unplanned moment that ended very well. Being a teacher has taught me that it is not just about teaching a subject but always maintaining a good relationship and respect among everyone, since we are all good people and we are united by the same profession.
