Is overthinking a problem or habit?

Hello, Ram Ram, Namaste, Sastriyakal, to all Hive users. Today I'll tell you that overthinking a problem or habit. We all know that somewhere we overthink in our life because we have tensions about that thing, which we overthink. But, actually overthinking is a problem, the more we overthink, the more it creates problem, so, we should always try not to overthink. I am the biggest overthinker and I don't know that it happens but, it happens to much with me, when I want to convence myself for something, when I overthink then I do this like I would be on roadside that time so, I will think that if I will jump this much in one time then, I will definately pass in exam and if that really happens then, I would get satisfied that I would definately pass in exam and if that would not happen, then I'll try another challenge so that I could confess myself,

I would know that it's a fake confession but, then also I would believe 101% percent in it, that's my blind satisfaction. We should not believe in overthinking because it is a problem but, gradually with time it can become our habit and definately it is a bad habit. So, we should not opt it in our life because bad habit can gradually effect our life with time so, we should always opt good habits in our life and those good habits which can change our life and make us successful! And stop overthinking!
