RE: Polygon Continues To Make Powerful Moves

Polygon is a well-run Layer 2. I would put Optimism, Arbitrum and ImmutableX in this bucket.
Did it become a full L2 or is hybrid? At one point it was its own blockchain and I don’t know if this is the case anymore 😅
