Ending the day going into more quietness and stillness. Although the quietness escapes my mind. Just make for more time and effort at times. Taking the time to be (more) quiet and still from the noise and movements of life in and around us everyday.

Good to take some time for your/the self. Create the space for the space of the space. Breathe in deeply and slower still. The more you do, the more you feel. Be still and away from things. So many attachments and distractions. Find to be more at peace.

Slowly quieting the mind into the lightless night. Fading with breath. Fading with (less) thought(s). Fading to(wards) sleep state with the falling sun.

Good night world in and through the ringing bells...
