Hola querida comunidad de hive, el dĂ­a de hoy quise preparar un almuerzo delicioso con un toque diferente para mĂ­ familia por ser mi dĂ­a libre.

Hello dear hive community, today I wanted to prepare a delicious lunch with a different touch for my family because it was my day off.

Tenía varias semanas que quería comer cochino frito, y debo confesar que es una de mis comidas favoritas luego de la pasta con carne molida, pues causalmente el día de hoy mi papá hizo mercado y nos trajo las ansiadas chuletas de cerdo, y pues al saber eso me puse muy contenta y les dije que hoy me tocaba consentirlos a ellos, ya que ellos son los que generalmente preparan el almuerzo y yo les hago la cena.

Normalmente en mi casa, siempre comemos lo normal, arroz, plátano y su proteína ya se pollo o carne etc, y algunas veces lo acompañamos de ensalada todo depende, pero eso sí nos encanta las ensaladas, por eso hoy los quise sorprende con una rica ensalada de todo un poco.

Pues me dediqué a preparar esas ricas chuletas con arroz y plátano frito, ya que las tajadas siempre están presente en nuestra mesa y a la vez prepare una rica ensalada para darle un toque más especial. Sin más preámbulos esto es lo que necesite para llevar a cabo mi receta.

I had several weeks that I wanted to eat fried pork, and I must confess that it is one of my favorite foods after pasta with ground beef, because causally today my dad went to the market and brought us the coveted pork chops, and when I knew that I was very happy and told them that today I had to spoil them, since they are the ones who usually prepare lunch and I make dinner for them.

Normally in my house, we always eat the usual, rice, banana and their protein either chicken or meat etc, and sometimes we accompany it with salad it all depends, but we do love salads, so today I wanted to surprise them with a delicious salad of a little bit of everything.

Well, I dedicated myself to prepare those delicious chops with rice and fried plantain, since the slices are always present in our table and at the same time I prepared a delicious salad to give it a special touch. Without further ado, this is what I needed to carry out my recipe.


• Chuleta de cochino (la cantidad que cada uno quisiera comerse, en este caso use 5 chuletas).
• arroz, el que prefiera.
• plátano

Básicamente lo que necesitamos para la ensalada de hoy es:

• Tomate
• cebolla
• pepino
• aguacate
• lechuga
• y para condimentar: sal y mayonesa ( a su gusto)


Pork chop (the amount that each one would like to eat, in this case I used 5 chops).

  • rice, the one you prefer.
  • plantain

Basically what we need for today's salad is:

  • Tomato
  • onion
  • cucumber
  • avocado
  • lettuce
  • and for seasoning: salt and mayonnaise (to your taste).


Para la preparación, lo primero que hice fue hacer el arroz. En mi casa somos muchos así que lo que hago es hacer 2 tazas de arroz más 4 tazas de agua, todo eso lo puse en una olla y le coloque sal y 2 ajíes verdes, esto último es opcional.

Luego continué con las chuletas de cochino y procedí a condimentarlas , lo que hice fue poner todas en un platón y condimentarlas con sal y un cubito o caldo de pollo, para que tenga un sabor muy rico. Para luego pasará a freír cada una.

Mientras se hacía todo lo anterior, me propuse a preparar la ensalada, básicamente lo que hice fue picar todo los vegetales en rodajas, y colocar todo en un plato bien grande, para luego echarle la sal y la mayonesa al gusto, luego juntamos todo y listo, todos disfrutamos de un rico, fácil y práctico almuerzo.


For the preparation, the first thing I did was to make the rice. In my house we are many so what I do is to make 2 cups of rice plus 4 cups of water, I put all that in a pot and put salt and 2 green chili peppers, the latter is optional.

Then I continued with the pork chops and proceeded to season them, what I did was to put them all on a platter and season them with salt and a cube or chicken broth, so that it has a very rich flavor. Then I fried each one of them.

While all the above was being done, I set out to prepare the salad, basically what I did was to chop all the vegetables into slices, and place everything on a large plate, and then add salt and mayonnaise to taste, then we put everything together and ready, we all enjoyed a rich, easy and practical lunch.
