My Actifit Report Card: December 20 2021

Hi

This is my 74th Actifit post, after two days.

I had half day work on Monday, so I was free afternoon. The weather has still been very cold; yet the rain stopped two days ago. Despite the poor weather, I wanted to go out for walking and had to do something.

First, I went to draw money as well as making cash deposit at the ATM which is 1 km away to me.

Then, I went to a supermarket to buy some junk foods. This supermarket is not the one I go regularly. It is further than others, and close to a park where there is a walking trail inside. I also walked in the park. By the way, it rained a little bit. Here are two photos from the park;

At the end of the day I made 10320 steps. Better than staying at home.

Try to be active for a good health and keep active with Actifit. A healthy mind is in a healthy body.
