My Actifit Report Card: December 18 2021

This is my 73th Actifit post, after one day.

I had a doctor's appointment again. It is finally going to end next week then we will have another treatment hopefully in January, 2022. I had to wake up early, I got on the bus and got off after five stops. Then, I had to walk to the clinic, the weather has been rainy and very cold for more than a week. Last time when I came here it was sunny and warm.

This treatment has two sessions and the first one didn't last long. After the treatment, the rain stopped for a while. So, I headed to home by walking and passed by the walking trail again, which is near a forest and longer than 1 km. I took some photos at 200 m to finish. You can see them in the photos below.

We seven friends met in the evening and had fun till midnight. At the end of the day I made 13411 steps. I hope I will walk and do some activity in coming days despite the bad weather.
