My Actifit Report Card: September 22 2021

Hi

This is my 64th Actifit post, after 10 months.

Yes, I wanted to open the Actifit App and share my Actifit report after 10 months.

What has changed in our lifes thenceforth?

After a winter mostly with lockdowns, I feel that our activity has increased due to the summer time. By the way I got two doses vaccination and usually working remotely. I don't hope any lockdown in this winter, besides I don't think that people can bear it both psychologically and financially.

Having worked at home, I did some house chores then went for walking as well as shopping and withdrawing cash from ATM.

I don't know whether anything with Actifit App has been changed, but I felt that I did over 5k steps, even above 7k in a short time. I remember it was not like that before.

Try to be active for a good health and keep active with Actifit.
