wow, Denise. such great observation on the work you did. The house is huge and this work is unbelievably difficult to manage the project with all the integrative parts. Glad to know that you finished. And interesting to know more about the secret room :-))) What secrets does it hold inside?

The house is pretty big and thankfully it is a weekend/second home, so I can take my time redoing it. It really looks like a mess now, but, it will be all better before Christmas again! This house is out of the city, so it is a place to relax and unwind. But, after it was loaned to a family member who had nowhere for his family and him to live, and he literally trashed it? It is a mess, but, one by one, the things will get done. The roof was just old. Very old.
Home improvement can be costly, but, if you are not in a rush, and I am not as it is not my main house, then you can afford to shop and compare. So, it has a ways to go, but, it continues to progress.

I will do a piece on a few of the more interesting facts about the house. :) The secrets are probably in the graveyard in back!

Thanks for doing a Market this week and for stopping by and leaving your words!

#MarketFriday loves you!

Great to have a weekend house, which is not the main house, but just additional as a place to relax as you said. And your house is huge, sure not easy to maintain a state and to clean all the rooms :-)
it was my pleasure to post some city life scenes.
