My last day off - the foggy forest. (part ii)

With this post, I continue my narration about the last day off that I had one week ago and started to write about in the previous post :

I as wrote, the morning weather was very strange and contrasty. I finished my arrangements and decided to go to the Jerusalem mountains, to check some new for me area. This weather was absolutely perfect for this kind of solo adventure - to drive without maps and to find some unknown for me road going nowhere ;-) So, exactly what I did. I saw the wonderfully foggy mountains from the highway and took my direction to the sideway with the goal to find the road going to these exactly covered with clouds mountains.
To my happiness, I found my way to one of the mountains. I had to drive for quite a long time on a serpentine road, stop the car here and there, and walk with an umbrella, because rained almost without pause and I held the camera in my hands and did not want to get it.
The way I parked my car on the mountain road with the goal of not disturbing others, but finally, I saw only 2-3 cars passing this way during numerous hours of my being there.
This forest was planted as a memorial to those who died in the Holocaust and contains six million trees, symbolizing the six million Jews who perished at the hands of the Nazis in World War II.
