Reflexión: La vida es como el oceano. /Reflection: Life is like the ocean.

"En el mar la vida es más sabrosa", es una canción no por casualidad. No solo disfruta nuestro cuerpo físico, también si ves más allá , tu alma y tu espíritu te agradece haberla llevado allí

"In the sea life is tastier" is a song not by chance. Not only do you enjoy our physical body, but also if you see beyond, your soul and your spirit thanks you for having taken it there.

La infinidad del mar me hizo reflexionar en cuando a la inmensidad del universo y de la existencia, somos células pequeñitas con un poder hermoso. Me hizo despejar la mente, respirar, abrazarme y darme cuenta que los problemas que tenemos no son tan grandes como nuestra mente los hace ver. A veces nos enfrascamos en sujetarnos a lo seguro por miedo a lo desconocido... pero hay que soltar y confiar. Ir a lo desconocido y SER.

The infinity of the sea made me reflect on the immensity of the universe and of existence, we are tiny cells with a beautiful power. It made me clear my mind, breathe, hug myself and realize that the problems we have are not as big as our minds make them out to be. Sometimes we get caught up in holding on to safety for fear of the unknown... but you have to let go and trust. Go into the unknown and BE.

Cuando cerré mis ojos para únicamente escuchar el oleaje del mar, escuchar únicamente el sonido del agua en la orilla, o las olas chocando contra el malecón, pude comprender que el mar también es cíclico. El mar es como la vida, es infinita. Esa ola que muere en la orilla o la que choca con las rocas no termina su ciclo, comienza a empezar, o quizá sigue su continuidad. Jamas acaba. Y eso me llevo a reflexionar en cuanto a mi vida, a la existencia incluso. Somos eternos e infinitos.

When I closed my eyes to only listen to the waves of the sea, listen only to the sound of the water on the shore, or the waves crashing against the boardwalk, I could understand that the sea is also cyclical. The sea is like life, it is infinite. That wave that dies on the shore or the one that hits the rocks does not end its cycle, it begins to start, or perhaps it continues its continuity. Never ends. And that led me to reflect on my life, even on existence. We are eternal and infinite.
