LOTTERY // LOTERIA
Hello friends of @Hivediy, I hope you are all well and healthy.
This work that I bring today for all of you is a personal project, with a very important meaning for me; In Venezuela, this type of games is a tradition "The lottery", in any family reunion, there was always time to play. For years in my paternal family this game was the perfect date to bring the whole family together. My mother adopted that tradition and at home there was a game made of wood, the boards and tokens were made of wood, painted with oil. When my children were born they learned this fun game.
For a vacation (more than 10 years ago) I made a cardboard lottery and painted it with the help of my children. At that time, there were only 10 little boards or cardboard, that vacation we had fun and laughed singing the chips; Over the years, they lost some cards and damaged some boards, but today I set out to make new boards and complete the missing cards. I only hope to keep it so that when I have my grandchildren and play with them hahahahaha. Here I share the step by step. I hope you like it.
Hola amigos de @Hivediy, espero que todos se encuentren bien y con salud. Este trabajo que hoy traigo para todos ustedes es un proyecto personal, con un significado muy importante para mi; en Venezuela es tradición este tipo de juegos "La lotería", en cualquier reunión familiar, siempre había tiempo para jugar. Por años en mi familia paterna este juego era la cita perfecta para reunir a toda la familia. Mi madre adoptó esa tradición y en casa había un juego hecho en madera, las tablas y fichas eran de madera, pintadas con oleo. Al nacer mis hijos aprendieron este divertido juego. Para unas vacaciones ( hace mas de 10 años) yo elabore una lotería en cartón y las pinte con la ayuda de mis hijos para aquel entonces, solo habían 10 tablitas o cartones, esas vacaciones nos divertimos y reímos cantando las fichas; con el pasar de los años ellos jugando extraviaron algunas fichas y dañaron algunas tablitas, pero hoy me propuse a elaborar nuevas tablitas y completar las fichas faltantes. Sólo espero conservarla para que cuando tenga mis nietos y jugar con ellos jajajajaja. A continuación les comparto el paso a paso. Espero sea de su agrado.
To make the boards, use: Used brown folder, cold paint, markers, colors, scissors, ruler, pencil, brush, correction pencil.
Para elaborar las tablitas, utilice: Carpeta marrón usada, pintura al frio, marcadores, colores, tijeras, regla, lápiz, pincel, lápiz corrector.
On the inside of the folder, I marked several circles with a coin; also draw several squares to make the boards and chips.
En la parte de adentro de la carpeta, marqué varios circulos con una moneda; además trace varios cuadrados para elaborar las tablitas y fichas.
Once the boards and chips have been traced, we cut them and paint them white.
Una vez trazadas las tablitas y las fichas, las cortamos y pintamos de color blanco.
After drying, draw several lines horizontally and vertically to divide the board into 16 sections.
Después de secar, trazar varias lineas de manera horizontal y vertical, para dividir la tablita en 16 secciones.
Once the boards are ready, we begin to draw the different motifs in each section of the board, taking care not to repeat the order and the same figure. We did the same with the chips, to be painted later.
Una vez listas las tablitas, comenzamos a dibujar los diferentes motivos en cada sección de la tablita, cuidando de no repetir el orden y la misma figura. Así mismo hicimos con las fichas, para luego ser pintadas.
With all the elements to paint (markers, paint and colors) we begin to color the boards and chips.
Con todos los elementos para pintar (marcadores, pintura y colores) comenzamos a darle color a las tablitas y fichas.
