Hello women of the hive, I hope you have had a great week. In this week 144 we have many important issues to address, women are the main issue in the general proposal of the questions posed by @joanstewart, I hope with my participation, contribute a little about inequality towards women.

Culture is one of the global causes of this social problem, we traditionally see that men have created paradigms about the value or role that women play in society. Culturally we have been raised by macho parents or grandparents who have stigmatized the role of women. Violence has played, the unhealthy prominence to enforce the "power or force" that is exerted on women. Years ago we women did not know what we were capable of; Technology has opened a door for us to make us notice and assert our rights and above all to make us feel the role we play for society. I am one of those who thinks that the woman moves the world, she is an engine, part of the process from gestation, to any chasm in the world; we can be mothers, and in turn become great characters for the evolution and history of the world; no one can restrict our right to be, to be, to study and to grow.

On this occasion I want to answer two questions proposed by @joanstewart, the first of which is: Economic injustice and the wage gap

Since ancient times, economic injustice and the wage gap have been present in women's lives, because spaces were not created where they were allowed to develop professionally with a decent wage, their wage rights were violated for being a woman, and even more. there they were not allowed to work outside the home. At present there are employers who still have an archaic mentality that question the capacity of the female workforce, they have not been able to understand that we broke schemes, that despite the fact that we have other obligations we can with our functions as employees and we must be well paid My personal story is that I stopped being an employee and I work on my own, I am also taking care of the home by my own decision, although 4 years ago, I went to look for a job and because of my age they did not give it to me hahahaha, they wanted someone younger for it, so stop insisting; The truth is that I do not agree with those business policies that restrict the initiative of many women to want to work and have to be rejected because of their age; It is uncomfortable that we are seen as something that cannot be useful, but what they do not know is that they strengthen us even more and give us more strength to continue preparing and training us.

The second question I want to answer is: Intimate partner violence

In the arena this broad and shameful subject comes to life, talking about violence is synonymous with cowardice, not because we do not know that it is wrong, it is because many times we remain silent and concede; Many people say that they stay for love, but can it be called love? no, it is about dignity and self-esteem when we are talking about violence. We currently see thousands of cases of violence against women as the main dish, and we talk about female inequality that seems to be the weak point of such a problem, but no, it should not be like that, we are in the middle of the 21st century where we are forced to break with these paradigms and make us notice, shout if necessary that I'm alive, that I can be happy, that without you I'm better off, that I don't like that job and I'm leaving; that I can let go and let you go, because we are capable of flying with our own wings. That it is not necessary to stay next to a person to pretend that I am fine before the filthy and petty society, no, no and no, enough of our eyes seeing hate, enough of having to listen to hurtful words, we are life and the power of life because God has given us that gift, let us raise our voices and allow ourselves to dream that it is worth being born a woman.

Once earnings are sufficient, able to stand alone if she desires it is up to her to make move.

Majority of woman still slighted by societal regimes and institutions in equality, after the second world war now 78 years ago, woman were placed into factories, after the war given the thank you handshake, it did not end there.

Woman realized their value in commerce, ability to work in factories not just in a home, this is where I have noticed the push begin toward wishing to become more equal partners in life. Not however in all regions of the world.
