One of such person is a therapist, who has professional experience dealing with stress and emotional instability. We can also talk to a loved one or someone who always seems to have the best thing to say to us at the right time.
For instance, my cousin is always the first person I turn to when I'm feeling down emotionally. She's younger than me, but she's full of encouraging words that literally help me to get over my upset and anything else that's working against me. We can all look for people like this in our lives and talk to them when we're in a tough spot.

For someone like me, if I didn't call my cousin as previously mentioned when I was anxious, I would typically simply play video games, and by the time I was halfway through them, my nerves would have calmed to a significant level, so nurture yours and indulge in it.
LISTENING TO MUSIC: This may have been some people's favorite activity as I suggested in the previous tips, but even if it isn't yours, try to listen to a song—preferably a somber or peaceful song—because they have a way of calming our minds. In fact, music is reputed to be a medicine for the soul.
