El color verde es un color muy común en los aliños que se usan para cocinar cualquier alimento, que si los queremos verdes los buscamos verdes, porque estos también al pasar a madurar cambian de color, pero cuando estan verdes estan como mas firmes.

Los aliños hay unos tipo frutos o hierbas, los tipo frutos: ajies, pimentones, tipo hierbas: albahaca, perejil, cilantro, celery y muchos mas.
