05 de Octubre DIA MUNDIAL DEL MAESTRO.//October 05th WORLD TEACHER'S DAY
Hello friends of #gems on this day more than commemorate and congratulate the teachers on this day worldwide, because then they celebrate two days, since in Venezuela the Teacher's Day is every January 15 and October 5 as today World Day.
I am very grateful to all the teachers of my primary education who knew how to guide me, even with my condition. Because a teacher should not exclude, but include, not discriminate.
In every family should know at least one person who is or has been a teacher, as in my family, my grandmother was a teacher and still has something left, because that is not forgotten, teaching is the most beautiful thing, teaching so that another learns then to be someone in life.
Continuing with my family and to whom I dedicate this special day and this post, which you will read because it is also a hiver, is my mother, I was doubly blessed, because besides being my mother, she is also a teacher, now retired, but still is, because she is the one who supports me, accompanies me, guides me in my schoolwork. Long before I was born she was already a teacher, then she retired, but she never neglected her work as a mother or as a teacher.
She was a selfless teacher, of vocation, of love, not only with her students, she was also a good colleague, with her other schoolmates, to participate in all the special activities that were made, both academic and recreational.
Then when I grew up she also took me to school sometimes, when there were special activities, games, field trips was my favorite thing to do.
The smallest one in the blue flannel is me on one of the field trips.
She was the one who was in charge of the special activities in the school, the promotion events, Mother's Day and the carnivals, which were the biggest ones, of course with the support of the other teachers, but she was the one who organized and everything was fine.
My mother was not only an elementary school teacher, she started in preschool, then with elementary school and alternated with students at a night school and once worked at a university, surpassing many expectations.
This date of celebrating the World Teachers' Day, is from 1994, by UNESCO and the International Labor Organization (ILO).
So my congratulations to all teachers on this day mainly and may you bless them every day in this beautiful work of educating, teaching.
The photos belong to my mom from her facebook, I borrowed them for this publication.
