Trip to watch the Perseids
Yesterday my friends and I decided to watch the Perseid meteor shower. For Bulgaria, the night of August 13th was the most favorable for observation and it coincided with the new moon. So we headed south from the big city.
We planned to watch them from a Alepu Beach, but when we got there there was a very strong wind. So we decided to move to Arkutino beach. There we set up on the sand.
At first there were a lot of clouds, but later the sky cleared and it was a real pleasure to watch the star show.
