Unos años atrás, pensaba que la felicidad eran solo momentos, ahora de adulta he aprendido que la felicidad es una decisión, que tiene que ver con la actitud y decisiones que tomemos ante las situaciones que nos suceden, que a medida que tome decisiones que me generen paz en esa misma medida tendré felicidad, por eso hoy puedo decir que soy más feliz que antes, que todos los días trato de tener la mejor actitud ante las cosas que me acontecen.

A few years ago, I thought that happiness were only moments, now as an adult I have learned that happiness is a decision, that it has to do with the attitude and decisions we make in the situations that happen to us, that as I make decisions that generate peace in that same measure I will have happiness, so today I can say that I am happier than before, that every day I try to have the best attitude to the things that happen to me.

Soy feliz porque estoy sana y mi familia también lo está, y porque soy consciente y agradezco las grandes bendiciones que Dios me da. ¡Feliz día de la felicidad para todos!, y recuerden, no se amarguen por nada, porque que cada minuto que pasas enojado pierdes setenta minutos de felicidad.
