Que tal amigos? Hoy voy a estar participando en esta linda comunidad, quiero agradecer la invitación a una chica increíble @maryed y la verdad es que al leer su post me doy cuenta de que si hago algunas cosas antes de dormir que podría llamarlo ritual pero a mi se me hace más una rutina y es precisamente de lo que hablaremos acá
What's up friends? Today I will be participating in this beautiful community, I want to thank the invitation to an amazing girl @maryed and the truth is that reading her post I realize that if I do some things before going to sleep I could call it a ritual but to me it is more of a routine and that is precisely what we will talk about here.
Una rutina para mi es lo que hacemos de manera constante en nuestros días, en el caso de mi rutina para dormir puedo incluir un par de cosas que no lo consideraba parte de mi rutina pero si lo son pues es lo que hago siempre antes de dormir y me lleva a la cama con tranquilidad
A routine for me is what we do consistently in our days, in the case of my bedtime routine I can include a couple of things that I did not consider part of my routine but they are, because it is what I always do before going to sleep and it takes me to bed with peace of mind.
Debo mencionar que antes sufría mucho de insomnio y que no tenía una rutina establecida pues era un completo desastre para dormir, habló antes de tener a mi hija sophia. Ya luego que me converti en mamá créanme que me duermo apenas pongo la cabeza en la almohoda, siento que me apagan por todo el cansancio acumulado del día
I should mention that I used to suffer a lot from insomnia and that I didn't have an established routine because I was a complete sleeping disaster, I talked about it before I had my daughter Sophia. After I became a mom, believe me I fall asleep as soon as I put my head on the pillow, I feel like I'm shutting down because of all the accumulated tiredness of the day.
Lo primero que hago antes de dormir. Es ordenar todos los juguetes de sophia y ordenar por última vez la casa
Me gusta darme un baño para relajarme y siento que así me libero un poco del estrés, porque me siento como pesada Luego me gusta aplicarme crema en el cuerpo y en el rostro me gusta usar ácido hialuronico y con eso aprovecho de hacerme algunos masajes en mi rostro Ya para terminar reviso mi teléfono y allí veo si le he dejado de responder a una amiga, o puede que les haga una videollamada pues la mayoría de mis amigas ya no viven en Venezuela y toca llamarlas de vez en cuando. Algo que si amo hacer es dejar mi teléfono lejos y en silencio, tengo el sueño ligero y pues puedo estar muy cansada pero si tengo el teléfono cerca generalmente puede que me levante a ver cualquier cosa Y bueno amigos esta básicamente es mi rutina antes de dormir. Es como me gusta prepararme para ir a dormir, con algunos deberes que hacer pero luego estoy lista para descansar
The first thing I do before going to sleep. I tidy up all of Sophia's toys and tidy the house for the last time.
I like to take a bath to relax and I feel that I get rid of stress a little bit, because I feel like I'm heavy.
Then I like to apply cream on my body and on my face I like to use hyaluronic acid and with that I take the opportunity to do some massages on my face.
Finally I check my phone and there I see if I have not responded to a friend, or maybe I will make a video call to them since most of my friends no longer live in Venezuela and I have to call them from time to time.
One thing I do love to do is to leave my phone away and on silent, I'm a light sleeper and well I can be very tired but if I have my phone nearby I usually might wake up to see anything.
And well friends this is basically my bedtime routine. It's how I like to get ready to go to sleep, with some homework to do but then I'm ready to rest.
