Ahora que comenzaron las clases y mi hija sophia estudia de tarde me toca tener el almuerzo listo antes de las 12 de al mediodía, y la verdad es que hemos estado estos días un poco ajetreadas por que veníamos acostumbras a dormir hasta tarde pero ahora me levanto más temprano con la intención de que pueda desayunar y almorzar antes de irse a clases

Now that classes have started and my daughter Sophia studies in the afternoon, I have to have lunch ready before 12 noon, and the truth is that these days we have been a little hectic because we were used to sleep late but now I get up earlier so she can have breakfast and lunch before going to class.

Entonces me ha tocado inventarme recetas y formas de hacer que coma bien y divertido para que sea un proceso rápido, pues el tema de comer para ir a clases no es muy de su gusto, es complicado, por eso le presento la comida favorita de sophia y aparte las papas que compre solo de freír que son una maravilla, de verdad que las ame, aunque ya me las terminé y el pollo se cocino un poco de más aquí les dejo mi receta

So I have had to invent recipes and ways to make her eat well and fun to make it a quick process, because the issue of eating to go to school is not very much to her taste, it is complicated, so I present the favorite food of Sophia and besides the potatoes that I bought just to fry that are wonderful, I really love them, although I finished them and the chicken is a little overcooked here I leave my recipe

Para esta receta use : pollo en trozos, aceite, vinagre, orégano, sal, pimienta, ajo, salsa de soya, azúcar y papas

For this recipe I used: chicken pieces, oil, vinegar, oregano, salt, pepper, garlic, soy sauce, sugar and potatoes.

Adoro marinar el pollo con anticipación, como primer paso le coloco mi mezcla secreta que ya la he revelado aquí varias veces, lleva aceite y vinagre misma cantidad, orégano y ajo. Entonces coloco un poco en un bol, trituro los ajos y también van al mismo bol, sal, pimienta y un toque de salsa de soya, y como última cosa le agrego un toque de azúcar, coloco mis piezas por unos minutos

I love to marinate the chicken in advance, as a first step I add my secret mixture that I have already revealed here several times, it has the same amount of oil and vinegar, oregano and garlic. Then I put some in a bowl, crush the garlic and also go to the same bowl, salt, pepper and a touch of soy sauce, and as a last thing I add a touch of sugar, I place my pieces for a few minutes.

Mientras me fui a cocinar estas increíbles papas vienen congeladas y la verdad es que la textura es única y vienen picadas a la perfección, para ellas solo las cocine con aceite hasta dorar y al final agregue un poco de sal

Luego de tener mis papas listas, coloque mi pollo a fuego rápido a cocinar, después de unos 2 o 3 minutos coloque la tapa y a cocinar a fuego lento, irse secando le agregue más agua y deje que se cocinara, por cuestiones de tiempo casi olvidé que los estaba cocinando y se quemo un poco, pero bueno aquí somos chef con errores pero todo se hace con amor.

After I had my potatoes ready, I put my chicken on high heat to cook, after about 2 or 3 minutes I put the lid on and simmered it, as it was drying out I added more water and let it cook, due to time issues I almost forgot I was cooking it and it burned a little, but well here we are chefs with mistakes but everything is done with love.
