I've also hit another milestone in that I have over 2000 Hive account tokens banked
how can we have account tokens banked too?

I'm not sure on the number now (guessing around 7000 HP) but when your account gets enough RC then it can claim account creation tokens. Whenever you claim one they are automatically stored to your account allowing your account to create one new Hive account.
