Comportamiento: agitación, aislamiento social, irritabilidad o llanto excesivo

Once again I come back here with a topic that I have decided to make known so that future generations have the necessary help to treat this disorder, which although to many it seems somewhat exaggerated, believe me it is all, Except for an exaggeration.

Recently, through this same medium, I spoke about the depressive disorder that I have suffered since I was 13 years old. Like me, many others have suffered because our own mind plays against us, many have had the courage to ask for help, others have preferred to remain silent and several, both those who have asked for help and those who have not, have lost their lives taking it themselves . A sad reality, but very true.

Thanks to the support of my family and now my partner, I have endured it in a good way, but I remember the days when I did not understand what was happening to me and many times he tried to hurt me. Today, in this post, I will talk about the warning signs to look out for if a person shows up, as it can be depression.

People can suffer:
Mood: loss of interest or pleasure in activities, emotional ups and downs, anxiety, apathy, guilt, general discontent, hopelessness, loss of interest or sadness
Behavior: agitation, social withdrawal, irritability or excessive crying
Sleep: early awakening, insomnia, excessive drowsiness or restless sleep
Whole body: fatigue, excessive hunger or loss of appetite
Cognitive: slowness to perform activities, lack of concentration or suicidal thoughts
Weight: weight gain or loss
It is also common: Repeated analysis of thoughts or lack of appetite.

Very insignificant signs, but that greatly affect the people they pass through. Anyone can say that "do not feel sad" "it is not so bad" you can force him to eat, you can get fed up with his behavior, but you have stopped to think that what is absurd for you, for that person is In his whole world, We perceive things differently, let's learn to feel empathy, before criticizing.
