The only means of interfering with your brain I'm aware of is via EMF. Make a Faraday cage and use it. If inside the cage, unaccompanied by any source of EMF radiation, you no longer experience the interference, you have strong evidence of it being externally imposed on you.

If you still experience it, you have disproved it is EMF radiation imposed on your from without, and there is something happening in your physical body instead.
