My Hive Goals: My Reach towards Balance in August
Looking back to see how inconsistent I've been in 2021 as far as commitment to my crypto socialization and investment reminds me how fruitful the lockdown period of 2020 was. While there is no wish to go back there, yet there are many lessons to derive. It was supposed to have been the hardest time of my life financially as I became the lone reliable source of income for my family. However, there was a huge turnaround as our basic needs were fully met and I was able to undertake some huge projects while also setting a tone for some investment decisions on Hive that has served hugely till date.
It turns out that hard times seems to be the best time to help one grind out more creative alternatives to solve life's challenges. No! Discipline to consistently attend to commitments is. Everyday is just another opportunity to activate success in every area of one's life when well engaged with the right decisions backed with complementing actions. While attending to other faces of life has been cool, balance is key to an all-round successful life. This is a case of paying less attention to one tire of a vehicle which when deflated would stop others from motion and put the entire trip on a hold or delay.
It's dawn on me that we're already in the 8th month and that means just 5 months or 150 more days or so left to draw the curtain for 2021. My grand target has been to hold a $100,000 crypto investment balance. Yeah, you read that right. Could have asked for more or less but I know that with the right decisions and action, holding an investment portfolio worth a $100,000 was possible.We're very far from that target. As far as 10% into it or even less but all hope is not yet lost.
I use this medium to speak not top myself alone but also to every other person out there that had set goals for the year, maybe financial or otherwise and it looks like the vision of hitting has become bleak. It is not yet over! There is an African proverbs that reads thus "A dance loser is who refused to move his body". Not minding the pace, every step taken in the right direction brings one closer to the destination.
The first Five (5) days in August is already spent. We can only look forward to the remaining 26 days and indeed, much can be achieved in those days. Staying abreast with monthly pieces of the big chunk has always been an easier module for me.
Looking ahead, I have to recast my Hive goals for July 2021 which started to play out so decently for some tokens like SPORTS, POB, LIST and LEO. Moving on with other tokens got a bit difficult as the attention was literally distracted. The July goals thus gets adopted for August with exceptions for the tokens that had hit the expectation like SPORTS. It's gonna be a renewed run from all fronts with all energy in place to push further both with content creation and with buys. The resolve to boost engagement cannot be overemphasized as this is the social currency as we can confirm on the Hive blockchain.
Let's reserve the ink here and get to work so the goals can be hit. August, please be nice with my investments!

Fantastic idea. It is good to always set target this will help to keep track of what one has achieve so far and what person intend to achieve.
Only that to achieve bigger dreams or aspiration one need to be open minded enough to create something meaningful that can help to achieve the set target.
Not minding how big the dream is, every conscious effort and step in the right direction no matter how small would bring one closer to hitting the target. Thanks for stopping by.
